Sicko Mafia arm-twists Supreme Court? Makes SC eat crow?

Last week one saw Supreme Court passing its judgement on Dara Singh sentence.

During the judgement referred in specific to what is a reality - christian evangelical conversions in India. Christian proselytism in India tend to be based on vile abuses of native traditions and have a long history.

Post Judgment, Church associated Sicko groups calling themselves 'civil society' intimidated the Supreme court to change its judgment content.

Civil society claiming to speak for India included known sickos - Anand Patwardhan, Fr. Dominic Emanuel, New Delhi, Harsh Mander, Member, National Integration Council, John Dayal, Member, National Integration Council, Navaid Hamid, Member, National Integration Council, HL Hardenia, Editor, Secular Democracy, Praful Bidwai, Columnist, Ram Puniyani, Mumbai, Shabnam Hashmi, ANHAD, Shahid Siddiqui, ex-M.P, Seema Mustafa, Journalist, Dr Zafarul-Islam Khan, Editor, The Milli Gazette. This is a small group representing the isai-laal-islami networks and groupings that manifest hate towards native traditions, beliefs. Many of these sickos have also been involved in defending Binayak Sen, implicated in courier services for communist terrorists. NIC whose members attacked Supreme Court Judgement is led by Sonia Gandhi Nee Maino, a christian fundamentalist who masquerades as a native while getting native votes and who is the leader of India's largest Congress party.

Supreme Court bench ended up expunging its judgement to stymie its observations on evangelist conversions.

In the case on hand,though Graham Staines and his two minor sons were burnt to death while they were sleeping inside a station wagon at Manoharpur, the intention was to teach a lesson to Graham Staines about his religious activities, namely, converting poor tribals to Christianity. All these aspects have been correctly appreciated by the High Court and modified the sentence of death into life imprisonment with which we concur.

Above section was changed to "However, more than 12 years have elapsed since the act was committed, we are of the opinion that the life sentence awarded by the HC need not be enhanced in view of the factual position discussed in the earlier paras."

It is undisputed that there is no justification for interfering in someone's belief by way of `use of force', provocation, conversion, incitement or upon a flawed premise that one religion is better than the other.

The above section was changed to "There is no justification for interfering in someone's religious belief by any means."

Implications of the above changes are serious.

Expunging Judgments take place
rarely.The 'expunging' rightly creates the perception in the minds of people that christianity and christian deceit are above any criticism in India. On ground it would incentivise the church to continue further its hate based iniatives to subvert India.
Yatho Dharmasthatho Jayaha is the Supreme Court Motto. It is Dharma and not subversive slogans like sickularism that sustain the constitution. Would expunging of a judgement, that is based on observed facts because of pressure by influential extra-constitutional persons, not undermine Dharma?
Would the citizen not think that while Supreme Court acts with alacrity on an issue that impact church's perception, because of extraneous pressures, why has Supreme Court not shown the inclination to issue suo moto action on far bigger issues: where the government machinary and the media failed to take cognizance of documented manifestation of native abuse serially done by christian godmen & institutions? Where the killers of anti-conversion activist Shri Laxmanananda still not been brought to book yet? And what has the Supreme Court done to stop the abuse of articles 25-30 by christian organizations resulting in serious issues like religious apartheid?

The learned Supreme Court needs to provide the reason for its judgment expunging its fact based comments for its own credibility.

Indians need to realize that It is not a coincidence that the backers of sickularism and the backers of corruption are one and the same. By dividing Indian people through divisive rhetoric, by condoning violence by certain groups, by encouraging identity politics and not aspirational politics, sickular politics nurture, hate and divisiveness for the benefit of sickular organisations. Sickularism is British imperialist model of divide & loot in action. Sickularism under-writes and enables massive corruption and loot from Indians. Indians have to be vigilant and understand that while secularism is undesirable in the context of native Dharma, secularism has utility when it is applied to christian and perhaps islamic institutions; secularism as a paradigm was developed in the west as an answer to the tyranny of dogmatic christianity and may have utility in undermining abusive behavior patterns of church that have a long history.
